1. What media do you use for your illustrations ?
   It depends on the project.  I enjoy painting with watercolours, gouache, acrylics, oils, pencils & graphite. as well as digital media such as Photoshop and Procreate. It all depends on the project and what I believe  

2. How can I purchase original artwork from your website ?
   You can purchase original artwork directly through my online SHOP. Simply browse the available pieces, add your selections to the cart, and follow the checkout process.  If you have any query, please get in touch.

3. Do you offer prints of your original artwork, and how can I buy them?
   Yes, prints of selected artworks are available for purchase. Visit the “Prints” section on our online SHOP, choose your preferred prints, select size, preferences and complete the order process online.

4. Are your artworks framed and can I request framing services ?Artworks are sold unframed.  However, they are standard sizes so you can get your prints fitted in most ready made frames or custom made if you prefer.   If you are a local, have seen my artwork framed in an exhibition and would like the same frame; please get in touch  and I will do my best to sort this for you.

5. Can I request a custom artwork or personalised commission ?
   Yes, I welcome custom artwork requests and commissions. Please complete the “Contact Form” letting me know what you have in mind and I will come back to you with a quote.

6. What forms of payment do you accept ?
   I accept most Credit Cards and Paypal.  

7. What is the return policy for artwork purchased through your website ?
   The return policy is outlined on the website’s “Legal Terms” in our Online Shop. Please review this information before making a purchase. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out for clarification.

8. Do you offer international shipping for artwork purchases ?
   Physical artwork is shipped to the UK only.  Downloudables are sold worldwide and send by email.

9. Can I license your artwork for commercial use, such us in publications or merchandise ?
   Absolutely! Licensing options for commercial use are available. Please contact me on info@giselarobinson.com or fill the Contact Form and I will come back to you to discuss your specific needs.
   
10. Do you do wholesale?
    Definetely! If you would like to sell my products in your shop, you may be interested in wholesale. Please get in touch on info@giselarobinson.com or fill the Contact Form and I will come back to you to discuss it further.
    
11. Is there a newsletter or mailing list to stay updated on new releases and events ?
    Yes! Please subscribe for free to our monthly newsletter clicking here and receive regular updates on new artwork releases, behind the scenes, upcoming events, and exclusive promotions.  By subscribing you will get a downlodable gift from me. 
    
12. Do you participate in art exhibitions or events and how can I attend or meet you in person ?
    Information about upcoming  events is on Events & News in our website. Please, check back regularly for updates, or suscribe to our monthly newsletter and follow my social media accounts for the latest announcements.
    
13. Can I collaborate with you on a joint project or feature your work in a publication ?
    Collaboration enquiries and requests for features are welcome.  Please email me on info@giselarobinson.com or complete the “Contact Form” on our website providing details about your project or publication.  I’ll get back to you to discuss the possibilities.
